Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using AfterSxtn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're under 18, please review them with a parent, guardian or teacher.

2. The service

AfterSxtn is a discovery and application platform for UK university courses and apprenticeships. We aggregate listings from universities, employers and official sources (including Gov.uk apprenticeship data) and let you save, compare and apply to opportunities.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One account per person — accounts are not transferable.
• You're responsible for activity under your account, including applications submitted.

4. Applications submitted through AfterSxtn

When you apply to a course or apprenticeship through our platform, we pass your application details to the relevant university or employer. AfterSxtn does not make admissions or hiring decisions — all outcomes are decided by the receiving institution or employer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information in a profile or application.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute listings data from the platform.
• Use the service to harass providers or other users.
• Attempt to bypass security or access other users' accounts.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Free accounts can browse and save listings. Premium plans (billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout) unlock match scoring, application tracking and priority support. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Listings accuracy

We work to keep salary, deadline and eligibility information current, but details are ultimately set by providers and may change. Always confirm specifics on the provider's official page before applying.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Liability

AfterSxtn is provided "as is". We're not liable for admissions or hiring decisions made by third-party providers, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
